中文摘要: 癌症正在成为新世纪人类的第一杀手。纳米技术的出现为肿瘤治疗带来了一些希望。无机纳米材料用于肿瘤治疗是现在国际研究热点,我们以乳腺癌肿瘤模型为研究对象,系统研究,不同粒径、形貌的纳米二氧化钛的免疫活性,同时对不同粒径、形貌、表面修饰的纳米二氧化钛的抑瘤效率进行研究,对材料进行优化、筛选,达到高效、低毒抗肿瘤的效果,通过对于免疫直接相关的细胞:数突状细胞、巨噬细胞、脾细胞、B细胞、T细胞等的影响,从细胞因子、基因蛋白水平对于抑瘤的免疫机理进行系统研究。

英文摘要: Cancer is one of the major causes of death worldwide today. As one of the potential solutions to address this issue, using nanomaterials for tumor therapy is intriguing. We study the effect of different size, shape and modification of nanotitanium dioxide as the low toxicity and high efficiency antitumor drug. Optimization and selection of the characterization property parameters are performed. To understand the antitumor mechanism, we investigated the immunomodulatory activity of different size, shape and modification. We chose the typically immune cells such as dendritic cells, macrophages, spleen cells, B cells and T cells to study the mechanism and unveil the effect laws of size, shape and modification of nano titanium dioxide on the immunomodulatory activity. Our results shall pave the way for the application of inorganic nanostructures as low-toxicity and high-efficient antitumor drugs.
