中文摘要: 全氟磺酸树脂(PFSA)纳米纤维是近年来新开发的一种功能纤维,在燃料电池、催化、分析等领域有广泛用途。本项目提出分别采用直接电纺法,以及电纺结合水解合成光催化剂工艺制备光催化剂负载的PFSA纳米纤维,采用SEM、SAXS等表征电纺纤维的形貌及微观结构。研究电纺过程中溶液内部分子聚集结构的变化规律。采用电纺-洗脱法,首先制备PFSA-亲水聚合物-光催化剂复合纤维,然后洗脱除去亲水聚合物制备高比表面积的纳米纤维;采用电纺结合不良溶剂诱导相分离调控纳米纤维表面的形貌,并通过热力学相图和动力学研究揭示其结构变化原因。评价电纺纤维膜的孔道结构、表面性能等。采用TR-FTIR研究水分子在电纺纤维中的吸附行为。评价纤维膜在水溶液中的光催化性能,揭示其与纤维结构、催化剂性能、含量等之间的关系。分别以中空纤维膜和平板膜为支撑电纺制备光催化复合分离膜,用于光催化膜反应器处理染料污水,评价其性能和影响因素。

英文摘要: Perfluorinated sulfonic acid resin (PFSA) nanofibers is a newly developed functional fiber, can be widely used in the field of fuel cells, catalysis, and analysis. In this project two methods were proposed to prepare electrospun PFSA nanofibers loaded with photocatalyst,one is to directly electrospin from the solution of PFSA and photocatalyst powder, the other is to prepare by the hydrolysis synthesis of photocatalyst in electrospun PFSA nanofiber. The morphology and microstructure of nanofiber will be characterized by SEM, SAXS etc. Study the variation of the self-assemble structure in PFSA solution during the electrospinning process. Using Electrospinning-elution method, firstly prepare PFSA-hydrophilic polymer-photocatalyst composite nanofibers, and then remove hydrophilic polymers by washing to obtain nanofibers with high surface area; Using electrospinning method combined with non-solvent induced phase separation to adjust the morphology of nanofiber, and reveal the reasons for structure changes by the thermodynamic phase diagram and kinetic study. Determine the pore structure, pore size and surface properties of the electrospun nanofiber membrane. Study the adsorption of water molecule in nanofiber by time-resolved Fourier-Transform infrared(TR-FTIR),and measure its photocatalytic property in aqueous sol
