中文摘要: MBD技术在产品研制中的应用,使得传统产品数据管理的粒度从零件模型或者零件图纸的层面延伸到了产品特征信息的层面。同时,随着复杂产品研制阶段的不断延伸和数据的不断积累,产品定义的数据和信息也从传统的树形结构转变为具有复杂性、动态性且包含点、线、拓扑的复杂网络结构,从而形成了复杂产品的信息网络;复杂产品数据的演化转变为复杂产品信息网络的演化。本申请是面向复杂产品设计到工艺制造阶段的数据演化实际难题,基于复杂网络和系统动力学方法研究复杂产品信息网络的演化机理。本项目融合应用多种建模方法形成基于F-B-S-F-I的复杂产品信息网络建模框架,构建大型复杂产品信息网络图;通过研究网络拓扑结构演化映射规则和边权演化动力学模型,实现复杂产品信息网络演化机理的分析研究;开发相应的演化重构器软件工具,并在航空航天典型复杂产品中进行应用验证、评价,为大型复杂产品设计到制造数据转化管理提供理论基础和技术支撑。

英文摘要: With the application of MBD in the product development, the granularity of the traditional product data management extends from the part model or drawing level to the product feature information level. Meanwhile, with the continuous extension of complex product development stages and the accumulation of product date, the data and information of product have also changed from the traditional tree structure into an intricacy and dynamic complex product information networks with vertexes, links and topological structures. Then the evolution of complex product data comes into the complex product information networks evolution. Facing with the problem of complex product data evolution from design stage to manufacturing stage, the evolution mechanisms of complex product information networks are studied in this project based on complex networks and system dynamics methodologies. The modeling framework F-B-S-F-I for complex product information networks is proposed with fusion application of multiple modeling methods, and the complex product information networks map is built. The network topology mapping rules and link weight dynamics evolution model are studied for the evolution mechanisms of complex product information networks. The software tools to support the complex product information evolution will be developed, applied and verified in the typical complex aerospace products. And the study will provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the lager and complex product data evolution management.
