中文摘要: 飘移流模型是汽液两相流的系统尺度计算模型,稳定性好且精度高,被广泛应用于直管内和棒束间的两相流计算。然而用于螺旋管的漂移流模型仍为空白。本课题目标是采用多尺度实验及数值模拟的方法构建此模型。研究思路为:通过空气/水实验和CFD 模拟研究流动机理并初步构建模型;通过高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器(SG)蒸汽/水实验修正模型。将完成:1.建造气/水实验装置,结合CFD 数值模拟,分析螺旋管条件下两相流动机理、流型特点及其转换规律,建立清晰的物理图象;2.分析螺旋管条件下各相所受作用力,建立漂移流模型中分布参数和漂移速度的初步表达式;3.编制SG 动态分析程序,对SG 实验结果进行预测;4.将程序预测结果与SG 实验数据对比,修正模型参数并提出最终表达式;5.将分析程序用于SG 动态特性分析。本课题是从工程技术中抽象出来的基础理论研究,是对两相流研究的补充与发展,其结果具有重要的学术价值和应用价值。

英文摘要: Drift-flux model is designed for system scale simulation of two-phase flow process and widely used for flows in rod bundles or straight tubes because of its accuracy and simplicity. However, the parameters of drift-flux model should be studied further when used for helically coiled tubes. The objective of this research is to obtain these parameters for helically coiled tubes through multi-scale experiments and CFD simulations. The strategies that will be used in this research are the followings: to build the preliminary model through air/water experiments and CFD simulation, then to fix the model through the steam/water experiments of steam generator (SG) of High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor (HTGR). To accomplish this research, there are five steps should be done: 1. get the flow regimes and its transitions rules and give a detailed insight to the two-phase flow process, based on the air/water experiments and CFD simulations; 2. build the preliminary model for distribution parameter and drift flux based on the analysis of mechanisms of phase interaction; 3. develop the thermal-hydraulics code for SG and predict the experiments; 4. fix the model through the comparison of predictions and experiments; 5. predict the dynamical behavior of SG based on the new model.
