中文摘要: OCT内窥成像技术将光学相干层析术(OCT)与内窥成像相结合,在观察体内器官内腔粘膜面的同时,获取人体内脏器官的高分辨率断层图像,是消化系统病变检查诊断及辅助治疗的有效手段。本项目针对OCT内窥成像技术中横向分辨率和焦深之间的矛盾以及径向分辨率与信噪比之间的矛盾,研究提高OCT内窥成像分辨率与信噪比的关键技术。建立旁瓣抑制旋转扫描合成孔径(SF-ISAM)算法,在保持径向分辨率和焦深的情况下,提高OCT内窥成像的横向分辨率,降低图像旁瓣噪声,提高图像清晰度,增强OCT内窥成像技术检测深层皮下组织微小异常的能力;将近似波数域算法与压缩传感技术引入OCT内窥成像技术中,研究不同频域随机采样模式及重构方程求解方法对OCT内窥图像重构的影响,在保持图像细节的情况下提高OCT内窥成像速度。本项目的研究将对OCT内窥成像技术在医学临床诊断上的应用产生促进和推动作用。

英文摘要: OCT endoscope is the combining of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and endoscope. It can get high-resolution tomographic images of inner organ while observing the mucous membrane surface of human lumen, and is a efficient method for detecting and diagnosing digestive system pathological changes. To diminish the two antinomies of OCT endoscope, we study the key technology in OCT endoscope to enhance its lateral resolution and SNR. We setup SF-ISAM algorithm to compress the antinomy between radial resolution and SNR and antinomy between lateral resolution and detecting depth, enhancing SNR and definition of OCT endoscopic images while maintaining the radial resolution and detecting depth, improving the ability of OCT endoscope in diagnosing tiny pathological changes of inner organ. Besides, we introduce approximate wave number algorithm and compressed sensing (CS) technology into OCT endoscope, enhancing the imaging speed while maintaining the image detail. Our study will improve the application of OCT endoscope in clinic.
