中文摘要: 手性识别是一种重要而特殊的分子识别,不仅对于从理论上阐述生命过程的化学本质具有重要理论意义,而且在手性诱导、记忆、放大等方面具有广阔的应用前景,对于发展手性功能材料具有重要意义。本项目关注的是以新型双、多卟啉为研究对象的手性识别,而其中共价键相连的多卟啉在手性识别方面的研究尚未见报道。我们计划结合已有卟啉体系优点,构建新型的以酰胺键相连的双、多卟啉体系。此类卟啉可以通过配位、氢键和空间排斥作用等与手性生物分子,如氨基酸、多肽、糖类等,形成超分子化合物。我们将通过这些作用调节卟啉间的构象等,以实现手性的诱导和传递,通过卟啉间的相互作用产生强的诱导CD信号,实现对客体高灵敏的手性识别。我们将结合实验和理论计算来探索识别过程中弱相互作用的本质和协同规律。在此基础上,优化卟啉结构,调控识别过程,得到对手性生物分子具有高选择性识别能力的新型卟啉主体,为构筑具有潜在应用前景的生物分子探针奠定基础。

英文摘要: Chiral recognition is among the important and special modes of molecular recognition. It is one of the vital fundamental processes in natural systems and plays a key role in various fields of science and technology, especially in chiral memory, induction, amplification, and switching. It is also important for the development of chiral functional materials. This project is to work on the chiral recognition by a new type of bisporphyrins and multiporphyrins. So far, there are no reports on chiral recognition by covalent-bonded multiporphyrins. We plan to build up amide-linked bisporphyrins and multiporphyrins which can combine both features of mono-porphyrins and bisporphyrins. Such porphyrins can bind amino acid derivatives, peptides or saccharides through multiple interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, coordination interactions, steric interactions etc. The conformation of the forming supramolecular complexes can been adjusted by those interactions, so the chirality from chiral guests can been transfered to achiral porphyrin hosts. The exiton coupling between asymmetric prohpyrin moieties could lead to strong induced CD signals.
