中文摘要: 饮用水安全是关系人民生活质量和生命安全的重大问题,发展可在线监测饮用水中污染物的微型传感器具有重要意义。本申请项目拟利用AlInN/GaN异质结具有可发展超薄垒层电子器件的潜力来实现高灵敏度的微电子化学传感器,系统开展高质量超薄势垒层结构的异质结薄膜的生长技术、表面电荷对异质结沟道二维电子气的调控机理及影响其调控灵敏度的因素、表面功能改性及对水体中特定污染物选择性吸附特征、选择吸附机理等基础方面的研究。重点解决异质结沟道二维电子气对表面电荷的敏感性问题和基于分子印迹聚合物的表面功能改性及其对特定饮用水体污染物的识别问题,提高传感器对表面电荷的敏感度和对特定污染物的选择吸附能力,实现传感器对饮用水体中特定有害阴离子的痕量检测。同时,发展GaN基高灵敏度微电子化学传感器的检测机理和物理-化学模型,形成一套系统的理论和方法,为GaN基传感器的进一步实用化提供理论基础和关键问题的技术支撑。

英文摘要: Safe drinking-water is a healthy and safety issue of critical importance for human development,and therefore, to develop a kind of micro-sensor with the function of monitoring dringking-water online is of great significance.This applied porject will develop AlInN/GaN heterostructure micro-electron chemical sensor with high sensitivity using the heterostructure`s potential of developing ultra-thin barrier devices.The AlInN/GaN film growth,modulating sensitivity and mechanisms of two dimensional electron gas(2DEG),surface function modification, characteristics of selective adsorption to specific pollutants,and adsorption mechanisms will be studied systematically.The research will focus on the problems both sensitivity of 2DEG to the surface charge and selective adsorption ability of the functionlizing surface to the specific pollutants based on the molecularly imprinting technique for the purpose of improving gradually the monitoring sensitivity of the sensor to the trace pollutants in drinking water.Meanwhile, the project will also develop the monitoring mechanisms and corresponding physics-chemical models of GaN-based micro-electron chemical sensors with high sensitivity.A set of systematic theory and method will be proposed in order to provide the theoretical guidance and technique support for the further devel
