中文摘要: 适用性指结构在正常使用条件下满足预定使用要求的能力,主要与结构的侧移及振动有关。若结构侧移过大或振动过度,会严重影响结构的使用。目前国内外对钢框架适用性研究还未形成理论体系,对其适用性验算准则及合理限值的研究仍不完善,我国规范中的相关条文也较简略。本项目将结合可靠度理论对钢框架的适用性开展系统的理论分析及试验研究,并对我国工程师就钢框架适用性问题开展问卷调查。重点研究风荷载计算方法、风荷载重现期、非结构构件的侧移限值、结构分析方法及计算模型对钢框架适用性验算的影响,用以确定合理适用性验算准则;对钢框架常用墙体及装修材料开展变形试验,以获得其变形性能及侧移损伤限值,用于指导结构适用性限值的确定;在此基础上,对钢框架的适用性可靠度进行计算,提出相应的结构适用性限值及可靠度计算方法。本项目研究成果将有效保证钢框架结构的正常使用,并能节省钢材,对于我国降低能耗、发展低碳经济目标的实现具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The serviceability of the structures means its capacity to meet the intended requirements under normal use condition. It mainly refers to the lateral drift and human comfort. If the structure drift is too large or has excessive vibration, it will seriously affect the use of the building. Currently, the serviceability of steel frame has not formed a theoretical system yet, and still needs to improve its serviceability checking criteria and reasonable limits, the relevant provisions of steel design specification of our nation are rather brief also. The project will combine the reliability theory to carry out systematic theoretical analysis and experimental study on the serviceability of the steel framework, and conduct a questionnaire survey to our nation's engineers on the serviceability of the steel frame. The subject focuses on wind load calculation methods, wind load return period, lateral displacement damage limits of non-structural elements, structural analysis method and calculated models in serviceability design for determining the reasonable serviceability checking criteria.Then followed by the deformation test on the steel frame which contains commonly used wall and decorations.The lateral deformation capacity, deformation and lateral damage limits of the frame will be studied in order to determine the s
