中文摘要: 项目以微纳米力学和非线性连续介质力学为基础,研究具损伤微纳米结构(微梁、板、壳及其组合结构等)在力、电、热等多场耦合作用下的非线性力学行为及失效机理,提出新的理论分析模型及本构关系,建立相应的非线性静、动力学控制方程,寻求该复杂非线性系统的半解析求解方法,以解释具损伤微纳米结构的非线性动力响应、非线性动力稳定性、动态分岔与混沌等非线性力学行为与微纳米结构几何物理性质及其工作特征之间的定性和定量关系;研究其损伤效应、结构几何非线性、表面效应等因素对微纳米结构力学行为的影响规律;揭示微纳米结构在力、电、热等多场耦合作用下的动态失效机理;并就微纳米结构在多场耦合作用下的非线性力学特性的实验测试和仿真技术中的若干问题进行探讨。本项目的研究成果不仅能丰富和发展微机电系统的非线性力学理论,还能够为微机电系统的设计、制备和优化提供重要的理论指导。

英文摘要: Based on micro-nano mechanics and continuum mechanics, the nonlinear mechanical properties and the failure mechanism of the micro-nano-structures with damages, subjected to the action of mechanical-electrical-thermal coupled fields are investigated in the present project. The new relevant theoretical analytical models and constitutive relations are advanced and the corresponding nonlinear static and dynamic governing equations are established. The semi-analytical methods are developed to analyze the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the nonlinear mechanics behaviors, such as nonlinear dynamic responses, nonlinear dynamic stability, dynamic bifurcation and chaos etc., of the micro-nano structures with damages and their geometrical physical properties and the work characteristics. The effects the following factors, such as damages, structural geometrical nonlinearity, surface effect, on the mentioned nonlinear mechanics behaviors will be discussed. The dynamic failure mechanism of the micro-nano structures with damages subjected to the mechanical-electrical-thermal coupled fields will be studied.
