中文摘要: 本项目拟探索具有高选择性的氧化钼基分级结构吸附、气敏材料的制备及其机理。采用简单水热/溶剂热、化学浴沉积和液相自组装等方法制备不同单元构筑的氧化钼分级结构材料,通过改变反应体系、优化反应条件和后处理手段进一步调控分级材料表面结构。利用常压光电子能谱、光谱、霍尔(Hall)测试仪等现代化表征手段,以及材料电学性质等实验测定和理论计算相结合,揭示染料和气体在材料表面的吸脱附本质,掌握材料在与染料和气体作用过程的物理、化学规律,并从分子、原子水平上解释吸附和敏感机制。以吸附和敏感性能为导向,对材料的分级形式、裸露晶面以及缺陷种类与浓度的精细调控,进而提高材料的选择性、稳定性等综合性能,实现新型吸附和敏感器件的优化设计。为探索氧化钼基分级结构材料显微结构与吸附、气敏性之间的关系和器件的实际应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: In this project,the hierachical molybdenum oxide, constructed by different building blocks, will be synthesized by a simple, economical hydrothermal/solvothermal,chemical bath depositioin or solution self-assembly routes to obtain dyes adsorption and gas sensing materials with ultrahigh selectivity. The mechanism for the formation of hierachical molybenum oxides array will be also studied in detail. Control of reaction condition and aftertreatment technologies will be used to regulate their suface structures. The mechanism for adsorption and gas sensing will be studied by combining theoretical caculation with characterizations of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, optical spectrum, electricity properties, etc.. Moreover, a fundamental, molecular or atomic-level understanding of adsorption and sensing processes will be built. According the required adsorption and sensing properties, the selectivity and stability of materials will be improved by the fine regulation of the surface structures, and the engineering of novel percolator and sensor will be realized finally. Therefore, indication the relationship between the hierachical of oxides and their adsorption and gas sensing properties, which may provide theoretical guides for further investigation of the relationship between the hierarchical of the molybdenum oxi
