中文摘要: 碳纤维复合材料及铝蜂窝夹层结构以其优异的性能在航空航天等领域得到广泛应用。对这种材料和结构的涡流响应的计算分析是进行涡流无损检测、感应加热等方面研究的基础。由于材料和结构的复杂性,其涡流响应的数值分析是一项有着较强挑战性的工作。国际上对碳纤维复合材料的涡流计算研究才刚刚开始,项目组将在这方面有新的贡献,拟针对冲击等原因引起的碳纤维复合材料铺层变形等情况开展涡流有限元计算研究。对于铝蜂窝夹层结构的涡流计算分析,国内外还未见有相关报道。本项目将在这一方面开展开拓性的工作。项目组将把复杂的求解问题分解,把上面板、下面板和铝蜂窝芯分别置于三个不同的子求解区域,并将涡流探头置于另一个子求解区域,通过迭代实现计算。其中,铝蜂窝芯的薄壁将被近似为零厚度。这一方法将大幅降低对计算资源的要求,提高计算效率。项目组还将开展实验验证工作。

英文摘要: Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite and aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure are widely used in aeronautical and astronautical applications due to their special properties. Numerical analysis of eddy current responses to such materials and structures is the basis of conducting research of eddy current testing and induction heating. However, this is a challenging task subject to the complexity of the materials and structures. Research of eddy current computation of CFRP began just a couple of years ago. We will make contribution in this area. More specifically, we will numerically analyze eddy current responses to CFRP deformation due to impact and other factors. As to eddy current computation for aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure, there is no report of relevant work. We will be the first group to do such research. The complicated computation problem will be divided into some relatively easy problems. That is, we will put the top face, honeycomb core, and the bottom face of the sandwich structure in three subdomains, respectively, and put the probe in another subdomain. Then the eddy current response will be solved by an iterative scheme. The wall of the honeycomb core will be treated as having zero thickness.
