中文摘要: 鱼类行为是对水环境理化刺激的本能反应和外在表现,作为生物学指标可以有效反映机体状态对水质变化的响应程度。本项目采用斑马鱼为研究对象,选取有机磷农药二嗪农进行毒性测试,紧紧围绕“探索斑马鱼应激状态下行为模式变化规律”这一核心问题进行探讨。利用基于计算机视觉技术的在线监测系统记录斑马鱼运动轨迹,通过自组织特征映射对运动行为进行模式识别,从计算行为学角度,剖析低浓度二嗪农暴露下斑马鱼的运动行为模式变化规律,测定斑马鱼与应激状态相关的动态皮质醇水平,阐明环境暴露-内分泌调控-行为响应三者间的相关关系,利用隐马尔科夫模型构建并评价斑马鱼运动行为模式的环境胁迫预测模型,完善水生生物行为在线监测系统。该研究不仅有助于揭示鱼类对环境的适应性,而且可以更加准确地实现生物行为在线监测预警。

英文摘要: Aquatic animal behavior is the instinct of the species in response to the physio-chemical stimuli in water environment. It could be an efficiently indicate the animal health state when water polluted. In the present study, we test the behavioral changes of zebrafish, Danio rerio, after the treatments of diazinon with low concentrations. The movement behaviors would be monitored by the observation systems designed based on the vision technique. Firstly, behaviors will be patterned by the self-organizing map (SOM) and further used to detect the dynamic behavioral change after the species exposed to diazinon. The cortisol level in the fish body would be measured concurrently to correlate with the behavioral data. Finally, the behavioral patterned would be modeled by using hidden Markov model (HMM) by inputing the environmental factors and hormones. This study would not be only helpful to reveal the adaption mechanism of D. rerio to environmental stresses, but also useful to the application of biological monitoring in practice.
