中文摘要: 金属纳米材料对染料分子的荧光增强效应在临床诊断、环境监测以及能源利用等领域都具有重要的应用前景。目前,金属增强荧光效应在单色染料体系中的应用研究已取得一定进展,但是大多数体系的增强效率较低,难以满足实际需求,并且如何实现对多色染料体系的荧光增强仍是一个难题。本研究拟合成"套娃"型贵金属@二氧化硅多层核壳纳米结构,利用该结构中的表面等离子体共振耦合效应提高荧光增强的效率,并实现对多色染料体系的荧光增强作用。通过研究"套娃"型结构中各项参数对不同种类染料发光性质的影响,明确发生高效增强荧光效应的机理和条件。以此为基础,研究"套娃"型结构对多色染料体系荧光性质的改善作用,总结相关规律,为进一步设计和制备高性能的多色荧光材料提供理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: The fluorescence enhancement of dye molecules by metal nanomaterials has shown great potential in the field of clinical diagnosis, environmental monitoring and energy utilization. While great efforts have been made in the fluorescence enhancement of a single dye species, the enhancement efficiency is currently not sufficiently high for practical use. Moreover, it is still a challenge to achieve the fluorescence enhancement of multicolor system consisting of two or more dye species. Here, a matryoshka-like noble metal@silica multilayer core-shell nanostructure, which presents a strong plasmonic coupling, is chosen as a more efficient substrate for metal-enhanced fluorescence , especially for the fluorescence enhancement of multicolor system. The project studies the influence of the property factors of matryoshka-like nanostructure on the fluorescence of different dye molecules in order to clarify the mechanism and optimized conditions for fluorescence enhancement. Based on that, we further study the metal-enhanced multicolor fluorescence from the matryoshka-like nanostructure, which would offer theoretical and experimental foundation for future design and prepartion of multicolor fluorescent material with high performance.
