中文摘要: 围绕实现高性能室温气体传感器这一主要目标,提出将石墨烯独特的二维晶体结构、大的比表面积、高的电导率等优异性能与聚苯胺可逆的氧化还原、掺杂与解掺杂等特性以及对石墨烯较好的分散性相结合,利用聚苯胺/石墨烯的相互协同作用,开展聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合物气体传感器及其气敏增强效应的研究。探索聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合物气体传感器的制备及实现气敏增强效应的关键技术,评价并优化聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合物的气敏特性,明确石墨烯与聚苯胺之间的结合状态与相互作用效应,阐明聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合物的气敏机理及气敏效应增强机制,进一步,探索在电极基片上原位聚合自组装聚苯胺/石墨烯复合敏感膜构建气体传感器的关键技术,以改善聚苯胺/石墨烯纳米复合物气体传感器在低浓度探测范围的灵敏度、探测下限与稳定性问题,为发展高性能的室温气体传感器提供参考依据。

英文摘要: For the main purpose of implementation of high performance gas sensor at room temperature, it is proposed that excellent performances of the graphene such as unique two-dimensional crystal structure, large specific surface area, high conductivity are combined with reversible redox,doping and dedoping reaction of polyaniline so as to develop the study on graphene/polyaniline nanocomposites gas sensor and its enhanced gas-sensitive effects utilizing synergistic effects of graphene and polyaniline. The related theories and key technical problems will be solved and its process will be discussed. The key technology on preparation of graphene/polyaniline nanocomposites and implementation of enhanced gas-sensitive effect will be explored, gas sensing properties of graphene/polyaniline nanocomposites will be evalued and optimized. The key technology of self-assembled composite sensitive films method to construct graphene /polyaniline nanocomposites gas sensor based in-situ polymerization will be explored in order to improve detection sensitivity, lower limit and stability problems of the graphene/polyaniline nanocomposite gas sensor at low concentration. Combined state and interaction between graphene and polyaniline will be clarified. The gas sensitive mechanism and its reinforced mechanismt of graphene/polyaniline nanocomposites gas sensors will be elucidated. It will provide the reference for the development of high performance gas sensor at room temperature.
