中文摘要: 碳纳米管和石墨烯分别是碳材料的1D和2D同素异形体,由于其优异的物理化学性质,在多领域引发了持续广泛关注。但CVD法制备的大面积石墨烯由于存在晶界和缺陷,仍不能充分发挥其高迁移率、高力学强度等优良特性,已见报道多基于小面积手撕石墨烯,直接限制了石墨烯基器件向实用化拓展。而碳纳米管则存在管与管之间的导电性差,与金属电极浸润性不好等问题,极大影响了碳纳米管器件的电输出。.本项目着眼于上述难点也是重点问题,从国民经济发展对高响应度、宽谱感光、快速、高环境承受性光探测器的需求出发,提出发展1D碳纳米管和2D石墨烯以pi-pi和共价键接形成的1-10 nm厚薄膜材料,利用其自支撑、高迁移率、宽谱光吸收和可大面积制备等特性,在已有成果的基础上,实现制备器件质量的全碳自支撑宽谱快速光探测器。

英文摘要: Carbon allotropes, carbon nanotube and graphene, have been fascinating materials for their outstanding physical and chemical properties. Due to the existence of grain boundaries and defects, CVD grown large-area polycrystalline graphene sheets are easily broken, thus mechanically exfoliated graphene was favored for high performance devices in laboratories. The hindered transport across intertube junctions and the imperfect metal contacts wetting to the tubular structure are detrimental to the electrical properties of carbon nanotubes based devices. .This project is to solve the problems mentioned above by fabricating 1-10 nm-thickness free-standing carbon nanotube-graphene planar films. High speed free-standing all-carbon photodetectors can be fabricated based on this planar film due to its fascinating physical properties: free-standing, high mobility, broadband optical absorption and large area.
