中文摘要: 导热高分子复合材料的热导率主要依赖于导热填料所形成的连续导热网络。以高分子复合材料的导热机理为依据,选择2-2型(层状结构)、3-3型(网络互穿结构)两类具有高连接度的结构作为目标。利用多种形态、多种性质的石墨质材料(氧化石墨烯、炭纤维、石墨蠕虫)为前驱体,构筑具有2-2型、3-3型结构的石墨网络。然后将硅橡胶预聚物用液相浸渗的方法填充石墨网络的孔隙,并在合适的温度下交联成型得到具有目标结构的高分子复合材料。在此过程中,研究石墨网络的形成机制及结构控制。掌握液相浸渗过程中的关键过程及影响因素(石墨网络孔隙结构、硅橡胶粘度等)。探讨石墨网络本征热导率与复合材料整体热导率的继承与区别。本研究的目的在于探索设计与开发高导热高分子复合材料的新思路和新方法,突破目前填充型复合材料的性能瓶颈。同时亦能丰富目前导热高分子复合材料的学科内容。

英文摘要: Thermal conductivity of polymer composites depend on the continuous network formed by the conductive fillers. Based on this mechanism, the 2-2 (layer-layer sturcture) and 3-3 (interpenetrating network structure) was selected as target strutures. Varies of graphite materials, including graphene oxide, carbon fiber, worm-like graphite were ulitilized to build the 2-2 and 3-3 type graphite preforms. Subsequently, the prepolymer of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) were filled to the graphite perform by liquid infiltration. As the structure of graphite perform were inherited, polymer based composites with 2-2 and 3-3 type structures were obtained. The formation and control of graphite structures were studied. The research try to find out critical process and parameters, such as pore structures of graphite preform and viscosity of the prepolymer, during the liquid infiltration. The relationship between thermal conductivity of graphite performs and polymer composite is investigated. It is expected that the the thermal conductivity of polymer composites with 2-2 or 3-3 structure will beyond 10 W/m K. The research will focus on finding a new strategy and new method to fabricate polymer composites with high thermal conductivity.
