中文摘要: 界面损伤而引起的局部结构损伤往往会造成局部界面或连接件受力不平衡,甚至导致整个结构的严重事故。由于结构中界面的复杂连接方式以及诸如松动、开裂、滑移、破损等繁多的损伤形式,目前国内外仍然没有一套行之有效的监测方法。时间反演技术的环境自适应性与时空双聚焦性在对非均匀、非线性的结构界面监测中具有独特的优越性。在对结构界面建立理论模型的基础上,通过对界面的黑箱处理,可以建立时间反演下能量传递与界面损伤的等效模型,对界面的损伤程度进行定量监测与评估。同时,压电陶瓷的机电耦合特性又是最合适作为时间反演镜的材料。本课题拟将时间反演技术与压电陶瓷传感器相结合,利用压电陶瓷作为信号的发射与接收源,建立基于时间反演能量法的结构界面监测理论并进行相关实验研究。本课题的完成将会实现对不同结构界面高效、精确、实时的智能化监测与损伤评估。

英文摘要: In recent years, structural interface health monitoring, as an important factor for sturctural safety, attracts an increasing attention. Due to the inhomogeneous and nonlinear behavior of the interface , the traditional methods of structural health monitoring have many limitations to dectect damaged interfaces. Time reversal (TR) technology has the advantage of adaptively focusing dection signal on the target in the detection area.The auto-focusing characteristic of TR technology has the capacity of locating the target. During the structural interface health monitoring, the nonlinear interface can be regarded as a Black Box.The energy based TR theory will be developed and applied to the structural interface monitoring. This proposal would integrate the time reversal theory and piezoceramic based active-sensing approach to form a new theory of structural interface monitoring based on the transfer energy value by the time reversal method. Based on the new theory, real-time monioring of various structural interfaces will be developed and experimentally verified.
