中文摘要: 经过三年的努力,本项目取得了以下三个方面的成果:(1)完成了飞秒相关光谱实验装置的搭建并进行了一系列的关键改进;(2)利用这套实验装置研究了硫氰化钾水溶液的分子内相互作用, 发现高浓度KSCN水溶液具有大的三阶非线性响应,对应着45波数低频分子间振动模式。结果表明这个低频模式不是来自于水的分子间氢键的弯曲振动,而是来自于SCN- 的集体振动模式。本部分的研究工作揭示了KSCN水溶液中低频振动的来源,对于以后研究无机盐水溶液具有较大的启发,同时也为未来的理论工作增加了实验依据。(3)利用这套实验装置研究了离子液体中的离子间的低频相互作用。我们在离子液体的时域信号中清楚地观察到了亚皮秒振动,并利用把时域的信号分解为几个布朗宁振子的方法来探讨离子间相互作用的超快动力学。同传统光谱分解的方法相比,我们的分析方法可以获得更加准确的结果。之后我们又利用这种分析方法探讨了阴阳离子取代效应。在项目实施期间,共发表了四篇文章,参加了一次国内学术会议,培养本科生两名,协助培养研究生一名。

英文摘要: (1)We built up a femtosecond coherent spectroscopy (or optical heterodyne-detected optical Kerr effect spectroscopy: OHD-OKE) experimental system. (2) The study on the low frequency intermolecular interaction of KSCN solution using this setup. We observed that KSCN solution has huge third order nonlinear response, which corresponds to the 45 wavenumber vibration mode. The experimental result show that this low frequency mode doesn't originate from the bending mode of intermolecular hydrogen bond, but from the collective mode of SCN-. Our result calls for simulation work instantaneously. (3) The study on the ionic interaction in ionic liquid. We clearly observed more than one period subpicosecond oscillatory features in their time domain signal. We developed one data analysis method through decomposing the time domain OHD-OKE signal into several Brownian oscillators in [BMIM]PF6. Comparing with the method to decomposing the broad and featureless OHD-OKE FFT spectra, our present method will undoubtedly achieve more accurate results. Using this method, we explored the cation and anion substitution effect on the ultrafast dynamics of interionic interaction. This study will help researchers deeply understand the unique properties of ILs. During the past three years, we published four papers under the support of the project.
