中文摘要: 样品前处理技术对中药质量评价至关重要,发展快速、高效、灵敏、环境友好的样品前处理方法是分析工作者一直追求的目标。而传统的提取技术无法满足当前中药活性成分分析的需要,研究开发新的提取技术仍是研究工作者亟待解决的课题。申请人在进行了初步研究后发现红外辅助提取技术能在较短的提取时间内达到与现行方法相当或更好的提取效果,而且具有安全环保、节能高效等优点。本研究拟在前期的研究基础上对红外辅助提取技术对中药活性成分的适用范围、影响因素、方法选择性、可靠性及对红外辅助提取装置进行改进以提高热辐射转换率,减少转换过程中的能量损失等方面作深入探索,并通过研究提取过程中被提物的热力学、动力学以及中药材细胞微观结构的变化规律,初步揭示红外辅助提取中药有效成分的机理,为创建一种安全环保、高效快捷的新提取技术提供理论基础与技术指导。

英文摘要: Sample preparation techniques are essential in the quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs). The traditional extraction methods can not meet the need for the analysis of active ingredients in TCMs, and it is urgent for the research workers to develop new extraction methods. Following a preliminary study, we have discovered that infrared-assisted extraction could achieve similar or better extraction efficiency in a shorter extraction time than the current extraction methods. Furthermore, the infrared-assisted extraction is safe, environmental-friendly and highly efficient. On the basis of the preliminary study, the scope, influence factors, selectivety, reliability of the infrared-assisted extraction in the analysis of active components in TCMs, and the improvement of the infrared-assisted extraction apparatus are to be thoroughly explored. The thermodynamics, kinetics and cell microstructure variation of the extracts during the extraction process are to be studied to reveal the mechanism of the infrared-assisted extraction. The ultimate goal of this research project is to provide theoretical foundation and technical guidance for the safe, environmentally-friendly, fast and highly-efficient extraction method-infrared assisted extraction.
