中文摘要: 在海量数据充斥的今天,由于时间、空间或其他原因而造成局部数据彼此不可见的情况越来越多,而此时的局部系统数据建模、全局系统建模及他们之间的关系成为一个棘手的问题。本项目从局部建模研究出发,依据计算智能的核心算法建立一套处理复杂数据的全局模型,并应用粒度为系统提供一定的弹性空间,以建造更一般、抽象的粒化模型。该模型既积聚了局部模型共有的特征,又体现了局部模型相互区别的特点,由于粒度性,对新数据的预测从人的思维出发,具有一定的灵活性。内容包括:分析局部数据,利用计算智能算法对局部模型进行建模提取模型信息,研究局部模型间的差异性与知识交互和重构;研究怎样利用局部模型与粒度建立全局粒化模型,建立合理的粒度表示方法;研究各阶段参数对模型影响并提出相应的多目标优化算法。本项目的研究将为海量数据建模提供一个选择:有弹性的以人为中心的大数据建模框架体系与理论分析,对复杂数据的知识发现有重要理论价值与应用意义

英文摘要: With flooded of huge amounts of data, it becomes a very important task to execute system modeling effectively and rationally with huge size of data in knowledge engineering field. This project aims to firstly do some research on local modeling with huge amounts of data and then build a global model framework to deal with complex data problems based on the core of Computational Intelligence. Information granules are seemed as a modeling asset and provide some flexibility to develop a more general, holistic and abstract granular model. This model aggregates the common characteristics of all local models and also reflects the discrimination. Owing to the feature of granularity, it predicts new data from the perspective of human beings which has some flexibility. The details of research contents: we will analyze local data and form local models with the aid of Computational Intelligence, extract useful information, and discuss the diversity between local models and knowledge sharing and reconciliation; we will discuss how to develop global granular model using local models and information granules which are formed by some certain methods; we will find the influence of all parameters in the developing stages and propose a way to realize multiple criteria optimization algorithms.
