中文摘要: 在全球气候变暖和能源危机的大背景下,越来越多的国家出台节能减排的计划和排放限制措施,企业面临新的市场环境与发展机遇。如何调整企业生产与运营策略,通过有效的手段来控制碳排放是政府和企业共同关心的研究议题。由于旧产品再利用可以减少碳排放量,实现资源的综合利用,因此本项目将再制造作为实现碳减排的有效手段,研究低碳环境下制造企业再制造决策问题。本项目拟从理论研究和实证分析两方面着手,运用运筹学、博弈论以及计量经济学等理论,对不同减排政策下制造企业再制造决策展开系统分析。首先,以再制造过程的生产环节为核心,兼顾回收与销售环节,分别研究垄断与竞争、单周期与多周期、确定与不确定需求等情形下制造企业再制造决策模型及优化方法;然后,分析政策变量对再制造决策的影响,并比较企业的运营绩效和碳排放水平,以此来评价不同碳减排政策的优缺点和适用环境;最后,根据再制造典型案例与数据进行实证分析,并提出相应的政策建议。

英文摘要: In the context of global warming and energy crisis, more and more countries formulate the plan of energy conservation and emissions restrictions, and the enterprises are facing new market environment and development opportunities. How the government and enterprises adjust production and operating strategy to reduce carbon emissions is a very important research issues.Because remanufacturing activities can reduce carbon emissions and can achieve the comprehensive utilization of resources, we consider manufacturing as an effective means to achieve carbon emission reductions and research the remanufacturing operation problems of manufacturing enterprises in the low carbon environment. In this project we will discuss remanufacturing problem from two aspects: theory research and empirical analysis. Use of operations research, game theory and econometric theory, this project expand the system analysis to manufacturing decisions of manufacturing enterprises under different emission reduction policies. Firstly, we will study the recovery, production and sales of the remanufacturing activities. On the basis of the monopoly and competition, single-cycle and multi-cycle, certain demand and random demand, the remanufacturing operation models are established.
