中文摘要: 大功率永磁同步电机的传统测试方法存在着测试项目不全、测试系统复杂、测试成本过高、不宜进行耐久性考核等问题,严重地制约了大功率永磁同步电机的研究和产品水平的提高。本项目以多单元永磁同步电机为对象,利用多支路电机系统的特点,提出无机械负荷测试方法。测试中部分单元运行于电动机状态,部分单元运行于发电机状态,控制发电机负载复现电机实际负载运行时的电磁负荷、功率平衡、电压平衡关系,通过计算与测试结果的对比,还原电机的运行特性。本项目针对电机的特殊运行状态主要研究无机械负荷测试时电机的物理场计算及特性分析、电机运行特性的还原及等效评估方法、无机械负荷测试的控制策略、波动转矩的无机械负荷测试与评估方法、无机械负荷测试时电机振动与噪音的分析等问题。该方法可以推广用于多相永磁同步电机的测试。通过本项目的研究,形成多单元永磁同步电机无机械负荷测试与评估的理论与技术体系,为大功率永磁同步电机的测试提供新的途径。

英文摘要: There are many problems in the traditional testing methods for high power permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), such as incomplete testing items, complex testing system, expensive testing cost and unsuitable for the durability evaluation. All these problems gravely restrict the research and production level of the high power PMSMs.Aimed at multi-unit PMSMs, a no mechanical load testing method is proposed by using the character of the multi branches electrical machines. In the testing method, part units of the machine operate in the motor state and the others operate in the generator state. The practical operation state of the multi-unit PMSM including electromagnetic load, power and voltage balance, can be reproduced through controlling the load of the generator, and the operating characteristics of high power PMSM can be restored by the comparetion between the calculation and test results. For the special operating status of no mechanical load testing of the multi-unit PMSMs, the physical fields calculation, the characteristic analysis, the operating characteristic recovery, the evaluation method, the testing strategy, the torque ripple and its evaluation, the analysis of vibration and noise will be deeply studied in this project.
