中文摘要: 相移量大范围可调谐的宽带微波移相器是实现宽带微波信号实时处理的关键器件,在军事和民用领域均有着广泛的用途,因此研究其实现机理和方法具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本项目旨在研究一种基于受激布里渊散射效应实现宽带微波光子移相器的新方法,拟通过单边带调制技术将微波信号加载到光载波上,利用本征布里渊增益/损耗谱窄的特点,通过布里渊快/慢光效应改变载频信号的相位而不对远离增益/损耗谱的调制边带信号幅频和相频特性造成影响,实现载频信号与各调制边带信号之间的相位差调谐,从而实现相移量可连续调谐的宽带微波光子移相器。为此,将首先建立布里渊快/慢光幅频和相频特性的理论模型,研究实现宽带微波光子移相器的基本途径;其次,研究提高相移量调谐范围的新方法及关键技术;最后,完成宽带微波光子移相器最佳工作性能的优化设计。项目的研究成果将促进受激布里渊散射在微波光子信号处理领域的发展。

英文摘要: A broadband microwave photonic phase shifter with phase shift tunable in a large range is a key component for real-time processing of broadband microwave signals. It is useful in both military and civil field. Therefore, it has both scientific and applied significance to research on the implementation mechanism and technique of a broadband microwave photonic phase shifter. This project focuses on the research of a new kind of broadband microwave photonic phase shifter based on stimulated Brillouin scattering. In this method, the microwave signal that needs to be phase shifted is first added to the optical carrier through single-sideband modulation. Then, the phase difference between the carrier and the sideband is tuned through modifying the phase of the carrier using Brillouin slow/fast-light effect, where the amplitude and the phase of the sideband far from the narrow intrinsic Brillouin gain/loss spectrum are not influenced. Due to the controllable phase difference between the carrier and the sideband, a broadband microwave photonic phase shifter with a tunable phase shift is realized. In this project, the theoretical model of the amplitude/phase frequency response characteristics in the Brillouin slow/fast-light should be first established, and the approach to realizing a broadband microwave photonic phase
