中文摘要: 液化天然气(LNG)水域排放爆发沸腾发生机理是爆发沸腾研究的一支分支,要融合多相流理论和低温液体沸腾理论,然而传统的沸腾理论不能解决这种突出微时间尺度效应并强调整体表现与微观过程相互影响的爆发沸腾过程。因此,本项目采用实验研究为主,结合数值计算和理论分析的方法,以LNG水域排放爆发沸腾发生机理研究为出发点,搭建爆发沸腾可视化实验平台,使用先进的高速动态记录手段与温度、压力测量技术,对影响其爆发沸腾发生条件、强度和控制手段等进行细致的分析。并与传统沸腾行为做比较,深入探索和揭示LNG水域排放爆发沸腾的基本特点,确立其评价参数。在动态机理性实验结果和多相流爆发沸腾理论基础上,采用数值模拟的方法,对低温液体破裂前传热与低温液体破裂后的压力波变化进行数值计算研究,力求对定性分析结果与沸腾理论进行完善,并提出其爆发沸腾控制方法,为LNG安全储运提供理论依据与技术储备。

英文摘要: Explosive boiling mechanism of LNG releasing on/under water is one kind of explosive boiling researches. The multi-fluid theory and cryogenic liquid boiling theory should be included in this study. However traditional boiling theory cannot be used to explain explosive boiling whose process is rapid and should emphasize the effect of macro and micro process. As a result of that, in this project, the numerical research, theoretical analysis and experimental study should be used together and qualitative and quantitative analysis also should be used as a method to do this research. It is focus on studying explosive boiling mechanism of LNG releasing on/under water. So a visual experiments would be set up in this project, which include rapid visual monitoring, temperature and pressure measurement and so on. The purposes of these experiments are analyzing critical conditions of determining explosive boiling happening or not and how to minimize strength and hazardous of explosive boiling. Beside of that, in this project, it also would do a contrast study on traditional and explosive boiling, which is to deeply explore and find out particular characteristics and evaluation parameters of explosive boiling. Basing on the results of mechanism experiments, numerical study would be used to simulate the mass and heat transfer
