中文摘要: 在面向再制造工程的精度设计及质量控制系统方法的研究中取得以下成果:提出统计配制技术和统计分组装配技术的原理和技术实现方法,提出面向配合零件批保证配合质量的协同控制原理和技术实现方法。这些新的方法利用配合零件批的检测信息和统计公差技术,将传统制造模式的不确定性转化为可预测的确定性信息,从而提高装配精度、降低生产成本,这对制造和再制造模式下配合零件的精度设计均具有指导意义。成功地开发了面向设计人员的统计配和统计分组装配技术的应用软件为该方法提供技术支持。在对我国机床再制造现有模式进行分析和总结基础上提出机床再制造企业的以主机厂为核心的企业联盟运作模式和实现路径。开展了基于典型零件特征的批量快速综合测量技术研究,在零件内孔、轴类零件表面尺寸及形状的快速检验方法、基于数字图像处理的微内孔表面质量测量与评判系统、发动机磨损不解体检测方法等方面取得实质性成果。发展了在制造信息化条件下利用多种技术实现预期质量的定批量再制造产品的集成技术,提出面向再制造工程的精度设计及质量控制系统方法和面向应用的典型再制造零件的精度和质量保证解决方案,为我国机械再制造产业以低成本高质量高效益的模式发展提供技术支持。

英文摘要: The following achievements have been gained on the research of systematical methodology to precision design and quality control for remanufacturing engineering: the principle and technical realization way of the statistical matching technique and the statistical selective assembly technique, the principle and technical realization way of coordinate control for assuring fit quality based on the batches of mating parts. The uncertainty of traditional manufacturing model can be turned into predictive certain information via using the inspection information of the batches of mating parts and statistical tolerance technique in those new methodology. Thus, the assembly precision can be improved and production cost can be reduced, which provide a guideline to the precision design for mating parts in manufacturing and remanufacturing engineering. The application software for design personnel has been developed as the technical supports for the statistical matching technique and the statistical selective assembly technique. An operation model for the remanufacturing enterprise alliance of machine tool and its realization line are presented based on the research and summarization to current status of remanufacturing enterprises of machine tool. The rapid comprehensive inspection, statistical analysis and grouping and adjudging techniques based on the features of typical remanufacturing components have been developed, and substantial progress and results have been gaind in the following research areas: the fast inspection method for sizes and shapes of hole and shafts surfaces, the measurement and quality evaluation system based on digital image processing for the micro hole surface, the non-disintegration detecting method for the wear of engines. A systematic method for remanufacturing-oriented precision design and quality control and resolvent plans of precision realization and quality assurance for typical remanufacturing components have been presented based on the above efforts, and it provide technical supports for the development of Chinese remanufacturing industry with lower costs, high quality, high benefits and effectiveness.
