中文摘要: 针对具有多领域耦合和时间域与空间域耦合的复杂机电系统综合性能优化问题,基于多领域统一建模理论及Modelica语言,研究PDE与DAE、优化模型与仿真模型的统一描述方法、基于统一描述的陈述式仿真优化建模方法、以及基于多领域统一模型仿真分析的优化求解方法,在统一的框架内实现复杂机电系统多领域建模、仿真分析和整体性能优化,为复杂机电产品仿真优化设计奠定共性理论基础、提供关键使能技术。本项目的研究丰富和拓展了系统建模与仿真理论,同时将有力地促进多学科设计优化方法的发展;对于提升我国复杂机电产品的自主创新能力和核心竞争力具有重要意义。 本项目将较为系统地建立复杂机电系统基于多领域统一模型仿真分析的优化设计理论和方法,在此基础上构建一个原型系统,并以典型产品(如磁流变制动器、多功能装载机)为例,进行系统建模、仿真与优化验证。

英文摘要: For the overall performance optimization problems of complex electromechanical system coupled by both multi-domains and time domain and spatial domain, the unified description methods for PDE and DAE, and for optimization model and simulation model are researched based on multi-domain unified modeling theory and Modelica language. A statement modeling method for simulation optimization models with unified description is presented. A optimization solving method is proposed based on the simulation analysis of multi-domain unified model. It realizes the multi-domain modeling, simulation analysis and performance optimization of the complex electromechanical system within a unified framework. It sets a common theoretical basis and provides key enabling technology for the simulation and optimization of complex electromechanical products. This project will expand the system modeling and simulation theory, and effectively promote the progress of multi-discipline design optimization method. This project is very important for enhancing our country's capability and core competitiveness of independent innovation of complex electromechanical products.
