中文摘要: 浮动车系统,作为新的路况采集方式,为交通信息系统提供了新的思路,新的机遇,受到了广泛的关注。然而,浮动车系统的研究主要集中在改善系统的精度和效率上,如地图匹配的精度、旅行时间的采集精度、估计所需的浮动车数量等,而作为主要路况指标的,旅行时间的特性(如,统计分布、变化趋势等)的研究未得到充分的重视,且普遍存在错误的认识。例如,在估计平均旅行时间所需要的浮动车数量的研究中,旅行时间的分布通常假设为近似正态分布。然而,由于存在两种具有不同旅行时间的车辆(下流交叉口停车和不停车),路段旅行时间应是两峰或多峰分布。以申请者在日本名古屋大学就读博士期间对浮动车系统的研究为基础,本研究侧重于分析路段旅行时间的统计特征与随道路状况(或时间)的变化趋势,并提出在小样本下采集更加细化的道路状况的方法。本项目的研究不仅对浮动车系统的发展具有理论和现实意义,对其他以旅行时间为主要指标的系统(如,AVI 系统)。

英文摘要: As an advanced traffic data collection system, Probe Vehicle (PV) System provides new idea and chance for travel information system develepoment and there is a growing attention to PV technique. However, the studies of PV system were concentrated on the improvement of the precision and efficiency of the system, and the study of travel time properties on urban road (e.g., distribution and change tendency) has not got enough attention and there is a common misconception. For example, in previous literatures, the population of link tevel time is simply assumed as normal or approximate normal. The vehicles that access the link in a signal cycle cannot depart the link in the same signal cycle when there were queued vehicle at downstream intersection and the travel times of these vehicles will be divided to two groups: one without delay and the other with delay. That is, the distribution of travel time is two peak. Based on the doctorial thesis of probe vehicle by the applicant in nagoya university, this research will focus on the distribution of link travel time and the change tendency with traffic condition, and will propose a new method of the collection of traffic condition on urban network by small size sample. It has great significance both theoretically and practically to the development of probe vehcie system and the other travel time based system, such as AVI.
