中文摘要: 本申请立题研究典型浸矿菌-黄铜矿界面微环境及其作用过程的表征。通过基于同步辐射技术的硫的K边XANES,铁的L边XANES,铁、铜的K边EXAFS,μ-XAFS,μ-XRF以及STXM法,同时辅以其它表面结构/成分分析方法,如AFM,Raman,FT-IR,XPS,XRD等方法,分析不同温度、不同能量代谢体系的典型浸矿菌与黄铜矿作用下,黄铜矿硫、铁、铜的形态赋存形式和转化、矿物表面微结构和组成及浸矿微生物细胞表面结构和变化,对典型浸矿菌-黄铜矿界面微环境及其作用过程进行表征,揭示界面微环境结构和性质与界面作用过程的关联性,进而进一步加深对黄铜矿浸出机理的认识,并为黄铜矿生物浸出工艺的优化奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: This item is to characterize the micro-environments of interfacial surfaces of typical bioleaching microbes and chalcopyrite and therein the interaction processes. It is by mainly using the synchrotron radiation-based techniques including sulfur K-edge XANES, iron L-edge XANES, iron and copper K-edge EXAFS, μ-XAFS,μ-XRF and STXM, complemented simultaneously with other surface structural and component analytical methods, e.g., AFM, Raman,FT-IR,XPS,and XRD, to analyze the S, Fe, Cu speciation and transformations of chalcopyrite, the surface structures and components of minerals, and bioleaching microbial extracellular structures and their changes, and so that to realize the characterization of the interrelationship of structures and properties of the interfacial micro-environments and the interfacial interaction of the typical bioleaching microbes and chalcopyrite, and thus to strengthen the understanding of chalcopyrite bioleaching mechanism, and lay the theory bases for optimizing chalcopyrite bioleaching technics.
