中文摘要: 医疗卫生保健是全民关注的重点。近年来,我国高血压等慢性疾病多发,严重威胁居民的健康。一大批临床专家医生为高血压防控工作努力耕耘,积累了宝贵的经验。如何让广大患者分享到高血压专业防治的经验,是医疗服务面临的一个紧要问题,也是百姓的诉求。无线远程监测技术的出现,将慢病实时监护延伸到家庭,将院内诊疗与院外监测有机地结合起来,为高血压防治带来崭新的发展思路。本项目以高血压慢病的日常监测、长期控制、心脑血管病变的早期预防为目标,基于无线远程监测技术的最新发展,研究日常高血压慢病数据的上下文感知与采集、海量数据的分析与挖掘、以及高血压慢病的智能辅助诊断、反馈与预警技术,解决医疗物联网技术可持续发展的关键瓶颈问题。基于上下文感知的日常远程监测高血压智能分析和预警技术,是在巨大应用背景下、有着明确而迫切需求的交叉学科发展方向,必将有力地推动泛在物联网技术的深入发展,推动我国高血压学科的发展取得新的突破。

英文摘要: Medical healthcare is a key concern of people. In recent years, chronic diseases like hypertension have posed a great threat to human's health with high incidence rates. A large number of clinical doctors have been working hard for the prevention and control of hypertension, and gained valuable experience along the way. Howto share the experience with patients is a vital issue that medical service is now facing, as well as an urgent appeal of the public. With the appearance of wireless remote monitoring technology, the real-time monitoring of chronic diseases has been extended to household, combining hospital care with out-of-hospital monitoring. This has brought up new ideas on the prevention and control of hypertension. This project is aimed at daily monitoring and long-term control of hypertension, as well asthe early prevention of cerebrovascular diseases. With the latest development of wireless remote monitoring technology, research on the perception and collection of daily monitoring data, analysis and mining of mass data, intelligent diagnosis, feedback and early warning of hypertension will be conducted to settle the bottlenecks to the sustainable development of the Medical Internet of Things. Investigation on hypertension intelligent analysis and prediction technique with daily remote monitoring based oncontext awareness is an interdisciplinary subject with clear and urgent needs under the huge demand of massive users. It will and must effectively promote further development of ubiquitous network and breakthroughs on the Hypertensionology in our country.
