中文摘要: 基于城市建筑的光伏并网发电将是处于城镇化高潮期的我国经济社会可持续发展和环境保护的重要组成部分。研究建筑光伏并网发电的基础技术问题,降低不确定性对电网的负面影响,减少备用容量,将为高效和更经济的建筑光伏利用提供重要的理论基础,对国家层面及市场作用推动建筑光伏利用的规模化进程具有重要的现实意义。本项目选取资源较为丰富、经济较发达的中东部和京津冀地区代表城市武汉、上海和北京,研究光伏阵列斜面辐射的精确模型、给出三地的最佳倾角及其分布规律;分析典型气象环境要素对建筑光伏发电各环节效率(或发电量)的影响机制和多变量间耦合关系,并最终得到定量描述的数学模型;整合太阳能资源禀赋和建筑光伏气象-发电物理原理,建立一套综合的性能评估指标体系和体现地区差异的标准、推导三地建筑光伏发电潜能计算方法。通过上述研究,初步实现城市建筑光伏并网发电的精细化评估及预报理论指标体系,促进能源电力及气象技术领域的融合。

英文摘要: Grid-connected Photovoltaic (PV) for urban building application is an important part of the civil economic- social sustainable development and environmental protection under urbanization. The research on key problems of building grid-connected PV, to reduce the negative impact of the uncertainty on the grid and backup capacity, will provide important theoretical basis for high efficiency and more economic building PV utilization, and have important practical significance for promoting the large-scale process by the national level and market. The project selects Wuhan, Shanghai and Beijing as the representative for central, eastern and North China with abundant solar resources and more developed economics, respectively. The project focuses on the accurate model of the total radiation on inclined surfaces and optimum tilt angle with distribution for building PV system, the influence principle analysis of critical meteorological-environmental factors on building PV efficiency and the coupling relationship between multiple variables to obtain the quantitative description of the mathematical model, the establishment of comprehensive performance evaluation system and the standard indicting regional differences based on the solar sources inherent characteristic and the process of meteorological power generation , and t
