中文摘要: 本课题针对我国水污染处理和清洁新能源开发的战略需求,解决TiO2光催化剂截止波长短,太阳能转换效率低的问题,重点研究:1)复合上转换材料的共发光的实现及共发光机制;2)采用电场热处理控制非金属元素(N、C)的掺杂量与掺杂方式,拓展TiO2的吸收边,提高TiO2对太阳光谱的吸收范围;3)复合上转换材料和TiO2的耦合光催化作用机理研究;4)揭示上转换发光与TiO2光催化的耦合匹配机理。通过本课题的研究,能够获得一种基于上转换的TiO2光催化剂制备技术和耦合作用理论,实现对太阳光谱的紫外-近红外波段的高效利用,提高光能转换效率,拓宽TiO2在水污染治理,太阳能光伏发电,太阳能制氢方面的应用。

英文摘要: This project is to meet the strategic needs about the water pollution treatment and the development of new clean energy. It's to solve the problem of the short cutoff wave length of TiO2 photocatalyst, and the low solar conversion efficiency. The research focus on: 1) Co-luminescence properties and mechanisms of the up-conversion composite materials; 2) Controlling the concentration and microstructure of TiO2 doping by the non-metallic elements (N, C) using heat treatment in electric field, expanding the absorption edge of TiO2, improving the absorption range of TiO2 on the solar spectrum; 3) The coupling photocatalysis properties of the up-conversion composite materials and TiO2; 4) The coupling and matching mechanisms of the luminesence of up-conversion composite materials and the photocatalysis of TiO2. This research can obtain the coupling photocatalysis theory and the processing technology of TiO2 photocatalyst based on up-conversion, achieve efficient application of the ultraviolet to near-infrared bands of solar spectrum, improve the efficiency of conversion of light energy, broaden the application of TiO2 in the field of water pollution treatment, solar photovoltaic power generation, and solar hydrogen production.
