中文摘要: 合成得到具有相同原子结构的纳米结构仍是短期内难以克服的挑战,这种合成不可控性导致了所合成纳米结构物性的不均一性,即一次合成得到的数以万计的纳米结构中每一单个纳米结构都具有不同的物理性质。为了全面准确地理解纳米结构的物性,这种物性不均一性要求我们必须对已知晶体/原子结构的同一单个纳米结构实现多种物性的综合测量和研究。但是,迄今为止在同一单个纳米结构上实现多种物性的综合测量和研究还很少被实现。本项目拟致力于在环境扫描电子显微镜中实现已知晶体结构的同一单个纳米结构,特别是同一单根GaAs和InAs纳米线,的多种物性的综合测量和研究;通过同一单根GaAs和InAs纳米线的电输运特性、光致发光和阴极发光光谱、应力-应变曲线以及气体敏感特性的综合研究,揭示应力、晶体结构和直径对这两种纳米线的物性、甚至能带结构的影响。

英文摘要: The synthesis of nanostructures with the uniformity at atomic level is still an insurmountable challenge in near future. This results in the inhomogeneity of the physical properties of nanostructures. So each nanostructure has different physical properties even though a large number of nanostructures can be synthesized at one time. In order to achieve accurate and full understanding of nanostructure physical properties, it is nacessary to perform multiple-properties measurements and studies on the same individual nanostructures with known atomic structures. However, to date, the multiple-properties measurements and studies on the same individual nanostructures have seldem been achieved. Herein, it is proposed to perform multiple-properties studies on the same individual nanostructures, especially on the same individual GaAs/InAs nanowires, inside an environmental scanning electron microscope. By performing combined measurements of electrical transport curves, photo-luminescence and cathode-luminescence spectra, stress-strain curves and the sensitivity of electrical and optical properties to gas molecules on the same individual GaAs/InAs nanowires, it is expected to reveal the dependence of physical properties and even the energy band structures of GaAs/InAs nanowires on strain, crystal structure and diameter.
