中文摘要: B2C电子商务物流比传统物流优化更为复杂,呈现出顾客需求个性化、位置分散、运作环节复杂、不确定性因素多等特征。本项目拟从物流整体优化角度,将电子商务物流分为仓储配送中心规划、订单拣选、干线运输及终端配送等环节,依据服务范围、顾客需求、配送时限等信息,建立电子商务多级多品类仓储配送中心规划模型、在线订单拣选优化模型、干线联合运输优化模型、多种终端配送模式路径优化以及整体优化模型。同时将配送过程中的干扰因素划分为网络中断、需求量波动、供应不足等三方面,分别进行干扰度量及扰动恢复策略建模,构建电子商务物流动态调整模型。 本项目提出的B2C电子商务物流整体优化及动态调整方法,可从理论上为电子商务物流集成优化提供新思路,促进物流配送干扰管理等学科的发展;从实践上为电商企业提高物流服务质量、降低企业成本提供关键决策支持。

英文摘要: It is clear that e-retail fulfillment logistics is highly complicated and significantly different from traditional retail fulfillment logistics. The characteristics tend to be smaller lot-size and higher frequency. What's more, many uncertain factors influence its efficiency. From global perspective, we sepetate B2C e-commerce logistics into distribution centers(DCs) planning, order picking, long haul transportation, last mile delivery. Based on the information of service coverage, customers' demand, distribution time limit, we will build multi species multi-level DCs planning model, on-line order picking optimization model, long haul intermodal transportion model and last mile vehicle routing model and combination model.What's more, we separate the disruption factors into transportation network interruption, demand fluctuation and supply insufficient. The logistics rescheduling models will be build based on these factors, by measuring the disruption factors and constructing disruption recovery strategies. This project proposes B2C e-commerce integrated optimizaton and rescheduling methods. In theory, we provide some new ideas in e-commerce integrated optimization, promote the development of logistics disruption management. In practice, we provide the support for E-commerce to improve the logistics service and decrease the operation cost.
