中文摘要: 本项目主要研究Co基Heusler合金相关体系- - Co-Mn/Ni-In/Sn/Sb 三元系的合金相关系及其新化合物的晶体结构与物理性能。根据我们研究合金相图及其合金相晶体结构的新成果以及经验,发现和研究Co基新三元化合物、特别是Heusler化合物,关注Co-In/Sn基体系的新化合物,并对新化合物的晶体结构和磁及磁热性能、电学性质、热膨胀性能进行研究。根据需要,研究参杂元素Fe,Cr等合金对Co基三元化合物、特别是对该体系的Heusler合金的晶体结构、磁性质与电性质的影响。

英文摘要: The purpose of this project is to study the phase relations and structures and physical properties of the compounds in the Co-Mn/Ni-In/Sn/Sb ternary systems and systems related to Co based Heusler alloys. Based on the new results of our investigations on alloy phase diagrams and on crystal structures and our experience, new Co based ternary compounds, especially Co based ternary Heusler compounds will be synthesized. Attention will also be pay to the new compounds in the systems of Co-In/Sn based systems. Investigations on the magnetic, electrical and thermal expansion properties of the new compounds will be performed. Studies on the effects of Fe,Cr on the structures and physical properties of Co-based ternary compounds will be carried out. The project manifests itself a character of initial innovation. The research results will provide basic guide for exploring cheap new functional materials with excellent magnetic and/or electrical properties.
