中文摘要： 医患关系紧张的原因有很多种，其中媒体宣传报道的影响越来越大，但国内外很少有人从媒体视角去研究媒体对医患关系的影响，特别是从网络媒体视角开展研究的成果鲜见。针对这个现状，本项目拟在自媒体环境下开展医患关系突发事件网络舆情演化与危机预警研究。主要内容包括：(1)分析自媒体环境下医患关系突发事件网络舆情演化规律；(2)在分析演化规律基础上，探索演化过程中影响因素的作用机制，探究演化过程中出现负面群体极化现象的原因，探寻发现意见领袖的方法；(3)依据(2)的研究结论，建立自媒体环境下医患关系突发事件网络舆情危机预警机制。本项目的研究，丰富了网络舆情管理理论和医患关系管理理论，为医患关系危机预警和处理提供了科学的决策参考，为构建和谐医患关系提供了有效的理论依据。依据本项目建立的自媒体环境下医患关系突发事件网络舆情危机预警机制，医患之间可以建构理性宽容的对话机制，通过对话机制进一步促进社会公平与正义。

英文摘要： There are various reasons makes doctor-patient relationship strained and the impacts of media coverage is increasing. But few researchers at home and abroad study the media's effect on the doctor-patient relationship from the media perspective, especially from the network media perspective. For this situation, this project studies the evolution and crisis early-warning of Internet public opinion about emergency on doctor-patient relationship in We Media. The main contents of this project include following aspects. (1)analyzing the evolution law of Internet public opinion about emergency on doctor-patient relationship in We Media; (2)based on analyzing evolution law to explore the action mechanism of influential factors, to explore the reasons of negative group polarization appearing in the evolution, and to explore the methods of discovering opinion leaders; (3)based on the conclusion in the part(2) to establish the crisis early-warning mechanism of Internet public opinion about emergency on doctor-patient relationship in We Media. The results of this project enrich the Internet public opinion management theory and the doctor-patient relationship management theory, provide a scientific decision reference for the doctor-patient relationship crisis early-warning and handing，and provide an effective theory basis for constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship. According to the crisis early-warning mechanism, the dialogue mechanism can be constructed between doctors and patients which is rational and tolerant, and the dialogue mechanism can further promote social fairness and justice.
