中文摘要: 本项目试图研究基于不同离子液体的异丁烷/丁烯烷基化反应机理。通过仪器表征和示踪分析等手段,考察离子液体中阴离子组成能够抑制烷基化副反应的基本原因;通过引入氘代试剂、在线仪器分析等手段,合成并跟踪分析具有明显特征的阳离子基团,得到阳离子组成影响异辛烷同分异构体组分分布的确定作用机理。通过研究离子液体酸性测量方法以及酸溶油对烷基化反应的影响,考察离子液体催化剂失活的主要原因;并根据以上研究,揭示离子液体催化的异丁烷烷基化反应历程。在机理研究的基础上,通过对阴阳离子的选择与调变,最终制备出具有特定功能的离子液体烷基化催化剂。本项目的研究将有助于解决离子液体这一新型的催化介质在进行烷基化反应时所遇到的某些瓶颈问题,为更好地将之应用于烷基化实践中提供基础数据和理论支持,推动离子液体基础理论和工业应用的发展。

英文摘要: The project will study the alkylation reaction of isobutane and butene, which are catalyzed by ionic liquids (ILs). The effect of anion on inhibiting side reactions will be investigated. Furthermore, the reasons for this effect will be studied by the instrument and tracing analysis. The project will also evaluate the effects of cation on the product distribution. Causes of the effect will be revealed by means of the introduction of deuterated reagents and an online analysis. The relationship between acid-soluble oil (ASO) and catalyst deactivation is going to be investigated in the project. Meanwhile, we want to study the acidity measuring method of ionic liquids. According to these studies, the main alkylation reaction process that catalyzed by ionic liquids will be described. Based on the reaction mechanism, the more effective IL catalyst could be prepared. The project will help solve some bottlenecks of the present IL alkylation. Moreover, it may provide the basic data and theoretical support for the commercial application, and then promote the development of ionic liquids.
