中文摘要: 本项目拟以苷脲多聚体,特别是烷基取代苷脲多聚体为基本构筑模块,配以苷脲或烷基取代苷脲或具有反应性基团苷脲的组合方式,设计、合成具有特定结构的烷基取代改性瓜环及可修饰性瓜环;进而实现羟基数量可控的以及由此衍生的新型瓜环的合成。本项目将特别注重改性瓜环混合物的规模化分离提纯方法研究,拟主要利用高效液相色谱监控方法,探求高效、快速的分离材料及分离提纯条件的优化,并以柱层析等方法进行规模化混合瓜环的分离提纯,以获得能满足相应超分子自组装构筑研究用量、结构新颖、性质特异及可化学修饰的改性瓜环。在此基础上,研究这些具有特殊结构的瓜环与杂多酸等阴离子或阳离子族合物的超分子自组装体系的构筑,并考察其特殊的光、热以及催化特性,以丰富瓜环化学的研究内容,为新型改性瓜环的应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: In this project, glycouril oligomers, particularly alkyl-substituted glycouril oligomers will be used to be basic building blocks, a strategy of the combination of the glycouril oligomers or the alkyl-substituted glycouril oligomers with simple glycourils or alkyl-substituted glycouril will be used in the synthesis of alkyl-substituted cucurbit[n]urils with a special structures or functional cucurbit[n]urils; the cucurbit[n]urils with limited alkyl-substituted groups will be used to synthesise for the limited hydroxylated cucurbit[n]urils; in this project, we will focus on the speperation and purification of the alkyl-substituted cucurbit[n]urils or functional cucurbit[n]urils in larger scale, HPLC method will be used to search the resens and option condintion for speperation of mixture of cucurbit[n]urils, and then various column chromatographic techniques will be used to separate and purify the cucurbit[n]uril mixture in large scale so that they can be used for futher study on cucurbit[n]uril-based supramolecular self-assemblies, the properties of differences between the unsubstituted cucurbit[n]urils and the substituted cucurbit[n]urils. All these works will not only enrich the contest of cucurbit[n]uril chemistry, but also establish the pricinple for the application of the new alky-sybstituted and functional
