中文摘要: 黄芪,是我国重要的大宗药材之一;本项目针对黄芪种质资源评价中尚缺乏活性成分多糖指标,拟选用蒙古黄芪(速生芪、野生芪)、膜荚黄芪(速生芪、野生芪)为研究材料,以免疫调节及抗肿瘤的主要活性成分黄芪多糖作为对象,采用基于酶降解的糖谱分析和多糖结构解析技术,获得黄芪多糖的特征结构,依据文献报道免疫活性多糖的结构特点,筛选出具有专属性的黄芪活性多糖。建立专属性黄芪多糖含量测定方法,并用于不同种质源黄芪的质量控制和品质评价,同时建立黄芪多糖特征图谱组,用以评价不同种质的相似性与特异性。该研究结果将阐明黄芪药材种质资源多糖的化学特征,完善黄芪质量评价标准,为保护和发展优质道地黄芪资源奠定基础,也将为多来源植物药材的种质资源客观评价探索新途径。

英文摘要: Radix Astraglaus (RA) is one of China's major bulk medicinal materials. In this project, we focus on the absence of active polysaccharide as an envaluation index in in respect of RA's germplasm resources, and plan to research on Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiao and A. membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge.with different growth modes (wild traditional RA and fast-growing cultivated RA). Meanwhile, We will find out the feature structures of Astraglaus polysaccharide with the immune regulation and anti-tumor active ingredient (Astraglaus polysaccharide) as a study object adopting saccharide mapping based on specific enzymatic digestion as well as polysaccharide structure analytic techniques, and screening pecular active polysaccharides of RA based on the reported structural characteristics of active polysaccharides. The determination method of the pecular active polysaccharide will be developed and used as an evaluation index for different RA' germplasm resources, and the chromatogram charts of polysaccharides of different verieties of RA based on specific enzymatic digestion will also be founded in order to present the similarities and differences.
