中文摘要: 混合交通模式疏散是目前现代交通学科、对地观测学科、地理学科、人工智能学科、计算机学科、现代通信学科、以及公共卫生与安全等领域所共同面临的一个重要研究问题与急迫课题。目前国内外的疏散研究主要面向单一交通模式的疏散建模方法,同时缺乏从多个角度对疏散方案进行优化的方法,无法为管理者提供多个目标上的决策依据。 本课题旨在研究面向混合交通模式的疏散行为特征和规律,分析不同交通模式的冲突表现和变化特征,建立人车混合疏散模型;研究突发事件下人车混合疏散时空冲突的多目标优化应对与消减评价,解决人车混合疏散的多目标时空优化疏导决策问题,提出兼顾系统效率与个体需求的多目标时空路径优化算法。 本项目研究可以弥补现有紧急疏散研究对人车混合交通流的时空冲突刻画的不足,对探索突发事件下的人车混合疏散传播机理和人车协作疏散有积极的作用,从而提高智能交通系统人车混合疏散问题的应对分析能力,为突发事件的应急决策提。

英文摘要: Mixed traffic pattern evacuation is an important and urgent issue, which confronted commonly by modern transportation, earth observation, geography, artificial intelligence, computer science, modern communication and public health and security. Current research on evacuation seldom considers movement pattern and evolutionary process of pedestrian-vehicle mixed evacuation. On the other hand, there are few works studying evacuation modeling from the perspective of optimization. The existed optimization models only consider optimizing one objective for single traffic mode or converting multi-objectives optimization problem into single objective optimization problem, whose single optimal solution can not offer manager decision foundation on multiple objectives. The project aims to study the passing characteristics of pedestrian-vehicle mixed evacuation, temporal-spatial evolutionary models based on mixed evacuation behaviors, and multi-objective optimization algorithms of pedestrian-vehicle mixed evacuation based on temporal-spatial conflict balancing mechanism so as to provide strategies which give consideration to both systematic efficiency and individual demand.
