中文摘要: 我国自贸区的相继批设以及多项创新政策为我国港口产业发展带来重大机遇和变革。本项目针对自贸区开放政策对我国港口产业转型和升级的要求,拟应用协同学理论和方法,系统研究自贸区背景下具有清晰边界的港口产业链协同优化问题。本项目首先评估自贸区政策对港口产业链的范围约束和利益驱动,重新解析自贸区港口产业链的内涵和外延,明确港口产业链研究的边界和主体性质;其次,深入剖析自贸区港口产业链主体的协同行为,科学提炼协同行为的控制变量、状态变量、序参量,刻画自贸区港口产业链协同演化过程;第三,构建基于多主体的自贸区港口产业链协同模型,设计基于协同役使原理和启发式算法的模型稳态求解和验证算法,结合模型优化路径和实证分析提出自贸区港口产业链协同优化对策,为我国港口产业提升国际竞争力和获得更多国际话语权提供理论支持和决策参考。

英文摘要: China Free Trade Zone (FTZ)have been approved successive,and related innovation policies have brought significant changes and opportunities for Chinese port industry development. This study is intending to use synergetic theory and method,systematically study port industry chain optimization problems based on the requirements of FTZ open policies for Chinese port industry transformation and upgrade. Firstly, this study evaluates the range restriction and benefit drive of free trade policy ,renews the connotation and extension of port industry chain, determines the boundary of port industry chain research and agents property. Then, this study analyzes agent cooperative behavior of free trade port industry chain, epurates the control variables , state variables and order parameter , depicts FTZ port industry chain co-evolution process; Thirdly, this study establishes a FTZ port industry chain coordination model based on multi-agent, and designs algorithm of steady state solution and authentication based on the synergetic principle and heuristic algorithm. Finally, combined with the optimization model and empirical analysis, this study will propose countermeasures of FTZ port industry chain collaborative optimization, which enhances international competitiveness of the port industry and provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for more international discourse power.
