中文摘要: 面对全球供应链背景下的一体化、多样化物流服务要求,单纯的依靠一个物流环节的优化调度往往作用有限。为了更大范围内的协调资源和改善服务,越来越多的物流企业开始重视企业之间的协调与协作。在该背景下,本课题从分布式决策的角度研究集装箱多式联运的协调与协同优化问题,基于“多式联运”和“协调与协同优化”两个基本要素,建立基于多自主体的集装箱多式联运协同优化的多级调度体系架构,进而:1)针对航运公司和港口,从局部协调的角度研究港航协作、及其协调机制;2)针对多式联运经营人和承运人,从全局优化的角度研究集装箱多式联运供应链的动态构建、及多主体间的利益协商机制;3)基于以上研究基础,进一步研究分属不同利益主体的多任务协调与整合,以实现集装箱多式联运的规模化运输。其中,基于多主体的协调与协商机制建模与优化方法是本课题的重点。研究成果将为集装箱多式联运供应链的运营管理与协同优化提供新的理论指导和方法。

英文摘要: In the face of integration and diversification of logistics service requirement with the globalization of supply chain, the optimization and scheduling only within a logistic link usually play a limited role. To coordinate resources and improve services over a larger range, more and more logistic enterprises pay attention to coordination and cooperation each other. In this context, this project studies the coordination and cooperative optimization for container multi-modal transport from the perspective of distributed decision making. Based on two essential concerns, “multi-modal transport” and “coordination and cooperative optimization”, we intend to establish the mechanism framework of coordination and cooperative optimization for container multi-modal transport based on multi-agent. On this basis, our research contents are as follow: 1) For the ship line and the port in container multi-modal transport, we study the port-ship coordination and the corresponding mechanism form the perspective of local coordination; 2) For the operator and the carrier in container multi-modal transport, we study the dynamic formation of supply chain for container multi-modal transport from the perspective of global optimization; 3) Based on the studies above, we study the coordination and the integration of multi-tasks which belong to different agents, in order to achieve the large scale transportation. In this project, the modelling and optimizing method for coordination and cooperation between agents is the key issue, and the fruits will provide new theoretical guidance and methods for supply chain operations management and cooperative optimization of container multi-modal transport.
