中文摘要: 复杂氧化物异质结中界面量子态和量子过程的研究是当前材料物理和凝聚态物理的前沿热点,在量子调控和开发多功能新器件等方面具有重要意义。本课题以单相多铁材料BiFeO3和磁电阻材料锰氧化物为基础,外延生长不同组合的异质结,通过异质结中光伏效应、光电导效应及超快光响应等光电特性的研究,揭示光场对界面电荷序和自旋序的影响规律和机制,提出了光场诱导和调控其物性的新想法;从畴工程的角度出发,通过研究不同畴结构对异质结光电特性的影响,揭示畴结构对异质结光电特性的影响机理,提出了畴结构的人工调控来改善和调控异质结光电性能的新想法。

英文摘要: The interface quantum states and quantum processes in complex oxide heterostructures represent the research topic in material physics and condensed matter physics, which are important for quantum control and new device applications. In this project, the heterostructures consisting of the single-phase multiferroic material BiFeO3 and magnetoresistance material manganites will be fabricated. In order to reveal the photo-induced effects on the interface charge order and spin order, the optical-electrical properties such as photovaltic effect, photoconductivity and ultrafast optical responses et al will be investigated, and thus a new idea about the optical control paths of the physical properties is proposed. Moreover, the role of domain on the optical-electrical properties in the heterostructures will be also investigated, which indicates the other idea that the optical-electrical properties could be modified by domain engineering.
