中文摘要: 电子束流作为一个空间等离子体中的基本物理问题,和磁场重联及无碰撞激波等现象密切相关。电子束流可以激发多种不稳定性,这些不稳定性可以加速和加热带电粒子。人们普遍认为正是这些不稳定性通过波粒相互作用提供了反常电阻,使得磁场发生重联。对于电子束流的深入研究有助于我们更好的了解重联和无碰撞激波等现象。由于观测条件的限制,对不稳定性和反常电阻的了解,还须从数值模拟方面加以研究。本项目拟采用全粒子模拟方法研究电子束流激发的不稳定性,并讨论不稳定性对电子动力学行为的影响。

英文摘要: Electron beam is a foundmental physical problem in space plasma, which has a close relationship with magnetic reconnection and collisionless shock. Instabilities can be excited by electron beam, and these instabilities can accelerate and heat charged particles. It has been considered extensively as a possible candidate to modify the reconnection physics through anomalous resistivity generated by wave particle interactions. The study of electron beam will be helpful to understand magnetic reconnection and collisionless shock. The concept of anomalous resistivity and instability remains poorly understood because of the limited observational situation. The numerical simulation method must be used in order to resolve this problem. A particle in cell simulation code will be used to investigate the instability driven by electron beam, and how the instability will affect the actions of electrons is also discussed.
