中文摘要: 利用超矩阵的方法组装包含约1200个毛茛科物种的4个DNA片段的分子矩阵,重建该科植物种级水平的超大系统发育树。然后整合系统发育、分化时间、生物地理、多样化和形态性状进化等分析方法,阐明毛茛科植物在世界范围内的时间、空间上的多样化式样,探讨科内不同支系的关键创新和生态机会的联系,从而揭示其多样性动态变化的规律和机理。通过本项目的研究,不仅有助于深入理解毛茛科植物的进化历史,而且为今后开展其他植物类群的生物多样性进化动态的研究提供借鉴。

英文摘要: Understanding how biodiversity is shaped through time is a fundamental question in biology. The Ranunculaceae could have undergone multi-rapid radiations over time. In this proposal, we will first reconstruct a robust mega-phylogenetic framework at the species level for the family using four chloroplast and nuclear loci(rbcL, matK, trnL-F, and ITS) loci on the basis of our previous studies and data in GenBank. The combined data set of four loci will be assembled using a supermatrix method, which contains approximately 1200 of 2500 species in the family. By integrating phylogenetic, biogeographic, molecular dating, diversification analytical, and morphological evolution inferring methods, we will investigate the temporal and spatial diversification of the Ranunculaceae on a global scale, explore the correlation between ecological opportunities and key innovations within the family, and consequently elucidate the evolutionary dynamics of biodiversity of the Ranunculaceae plants over time. By this proposal, we will gain new insights into phylogeny and diversity of the Ranunculaceae.
