中文摘要: 当前关于内燃机结构声辐射的研究,大多都是针对单工况开展的,对从怠速到额定诸多工况逐一计算,耗时极长。仅有少数针对多工况计算的研究成果,但存在着"模型相容化"处理困难、只能计算预设"域点"声压、逐点叠加计算而效率不高等问题。 本项目从揭示结构振动、结构声辐射与其辐射声场三者间的本质联系角度,通过对激励载荷、结构体同胚映射、结构振动-声辐射传递模态、中间工况插值算法等方面的深入研究,建立基于"结构振动-声辐射传递模态(SVATM)"的多工况快速计算模型;研究基于拓扑离散谱的弱遍历映射算法,实现同胚结构模态、动响应结果的三维等参正变换映射计算,实现内燃机结构不变、工况多样的载荷条件下的结构辐射噪声快速求解,突破当前对每一工况都要进行一次极其耗时的Helmholtz积分运算的技术瓶颈。该方法还可推广应用于其它大型复杂产品,具有重要的科学意义和工程应用价值。

英文摘要: About the research on structural acoustic radiation of internal combustion engine, the current study is mostly for the single condition- from idle to many rated conditions by step calculation at present, And it usually takes very long time. The ATV method of LMS is the most early method of the acoustic radiation calculation computation in multiple loading conditions. But this method still has some problems, for examples, the model compatible processing difficulties, only the default domain point sound pressure calculation, This project will study from revealing the essential relationship between structural vibration, structural acoustic radiation and radiated acoustic field. Through the deeply researching on exciting loads analysing, structure homeomorphism mapping, structural vibration-acoustics radiant transfer modes and the interpolation algorithm for the other middle working conditions, this to build a fast calculation model based on "structure vibration - acoustics radiation transfer mode(SVATM)" in multiple loading conditions .
