中文摘要: ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点是无重金属"绿色"量子点材料,替代毒性较大的 Cd、Pb族量子点材料,对制备"无毒绿色"太阳电池具有重大意义。本项目拟解决目前量子点光伏器件对有毒重金属材料依赖的问题,对其中关键的科学问题进行研究:从跃迁机理入手,研究元素组分对 ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点能级结构的影响,建立 ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点能级结构模型;去除ZnCuInS/ZnS量子点表面有机长链配位体,提高 ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点光生载流子迁移率;研究载流子迁移层和量子点有源层的几何尺寸、退火温度对载流子输运特性的影响,制备ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点太阳电池。目标:揭示 ZnCuInS/ZnS 量子点光生载流子跃迁机理,合成高载流子迁移率、无毒 ZnCuInS/ZnS量子点,制备出世界领先水平的 ZnCuInS/ZnS"绿色"量子点太阳电池,太阳电池转换达到 5.2%。

英文摘要: ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots is a kind of heavy metal- free, "Green" andenvironment-friendly quantum dots material. It is promising to use ZnCuInS/ZnSquantum dots to replace Cd and Pb group quantum dots as the active material of solar cell, and fabricate non-toxic "Green" solar cell a. The purpose of this proposal is to improve the limitation of toxic metal- dependent quantum dots solar cell.Several key subject will be investigated including: according to the transition mechanism, compound- dependent band gap should be investigated and the band model of ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots should be set up; make the surface ligand chain shorter,improve the light-generated carriers mobilityin ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots;investigate and optimize the structure and parameters of solar cell, fabricate theZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots solar cell with high properties. Goal: confirm the transition mechanism of ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots; prepare high quality and "Green" ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots; fabricate heavy metal- free ZnCuInS/ZnS quantum dots solar cell with the power convertion efficiency of 5.2%.
