中文摘要: 竹纤维是竹材的基本承载单元,决定着竹材的物理、化学及力学性能。竹纤维的化学组分是其细胞壁的基本组成物质,与细胞壁精细结构和力学性能的关系蕴含着竹纤维高强和高硬的材料学机理。本项目以深入研究竹纤维细胞壁为目的,集成多种成像和结构表征手段,系统研究化学组分对细胞壁精细结构的影响与作用;采用多种微观力学表征技术,探索化学组分与细胞壁力学性能的内在关系。通过研究,不仅可以获得竹纤维化学组分、精细结构、力学性能的内在影响机理,而且可为竹材的高效利用、竹制品设计制造、仿生材料设计、纳米纤维素制备等提供科学的理论依据。

英文摘要: Bamboo fiber is the basic unit of bamboo, which decides the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of bamboo. The chemical components of bamboo fiber is main constitutes of bamboo cell wall. The relationship between the chemicals and fine structure and mechanical properties of bamboo cell wall may be the reason why bamboo fiber has such high stress and hardness. Therefore, the objective of this program is to further study bamboo cell wall, systematically analyze the influence of the chemicals on the fine structure of bamboo cell wall by many kinds of imaging and structural characterization methods, and explore the relationship between the chemicals and mechanical properties by different micro mechanics technologies. The relationship among the chemicals, the fine structure, and mechanical properties of bamboo cell wall will be cleared, which would be the theory for the high effective utilization of bamboo, the design of bamboo products and biomimetic materials, the preparation of nano-cellulose fibrils, and so on.
