中文摘要: 支路缺失是国内城市路网的通病。该问题使居民出行不便,降低了步行、自行车、公交的竞争力,提高了私家车的相对吸引力,致使交通结构失调,导致城市交通与环境问题的加剧。"将高等级道路的运行效率视同路网的整体运行效率"观念影响下的干支路口(干路与支路交叉口)技术制约,以及干路断面影响下的低效干支路口衔接模式,是导致支路连续性、便捷性缺失,并使其交通职能受损的主要原因。"健全支路体系"是优化城市交通结构、破解当前交通难题的重要措施。课题首先解析支路网的交通结构优化作用机理,并构建交通结构优化作用预测模型;然后以干路的可穿越特性改进为突破口,创新与优化干支路口模式;进而借助交通仿真技术,展开典型支路网规划实例研究,并总结各类干支路口的交通特性与交通组织规律;最后针对城市用地的功能、区位及空间形态需求,探讨与之适应的支路网规划模式与方法,并形成问题引导式的支路网规划技术手册。

英文摘要: Lack of local road is the common problem of China cities, which caused travel inconvenience to residents, reduced the competitiveness of walking, cycling and public transport, made people more dependent on cars,lead to imbalance of urban traffic structure,exacerbated the city's traffic problem and environmental pressures. The concept that efficiency of high grade road network(include arterial road and express way) was regarded as efficiency of the whole road network,and the inappropriate technical constraints of the IAL(intersection of arterial road with local road) from this concept,and inefficient IAL modes caused by arterial road intersection,was the main reason which lead to the lack of continuity, the lack of convenience of local road network,and the loss of its role. Making perfect local road network is the important means to promote traffic structure optimization, is the important means to solve the current traffic problems. Based on the analysis of mechanism on traffic structure optimization of local road network and its optimization effect forecasting model, the project firstly optimize IAL mode and its design from improving of passed-through-ability and traffic simulation, and use theory and methods on optimization of IAL in typical local road network planning.
