中文摘要: 现代电力系统向着结构多元化、运行方式多样化、控制手段智能化方向演变。课题结合计算机及网络通信领域的新技术、新方法,面向智能配电网,围绕冗余信息和分布式计算在站域保护与控制领域的集成、融合与协调展开研究,以提升保护与控制系统整体性能,保障电力系统安稳运行和智能协调为目标,建立智能变电站冗余信息的辨识及协调处理机制,探索智能保护协调控制理论。重点研究保护功能在多节点并行计算、容错校验、协同调度及优化等方向的提升与实现,结合新型配电网的特点提出站域保护的新原理、新方法。充分利用信息挖掘及人工智能的先进成果和多学科理论发展协同保护与控制技术,将某个保护功能与其所属保护设备的独立关联关系转化为多个功能与多个设备互相关联的网络化关系,实现冗余信息有效利用、多节点并行计算、多种功能有效互补的站域协同保护与控制系统。

英文摘要: The development of modern power system has a tendency of structural diversity, diversification in operation mode and intelligence of control methods. Combining new technologies and methods of computer and network communication, this topic studies the integration, fusion and coordination of redundant information and distributed computing in station domain protection and control field. The targets are to improve the performance of protection and control system and guarantee the stable operation and intelligent coordination of power system. Establish the redundancy information identification and coordination treatment mechanism of digital substation. Explore coordinated control theories of intelligent protection. The research emphases are promotion and implementation of the multiple nodes parallel computing, fault-tolerant check, coordination scheduling and optimization of protection function. Based on the research, put forward new principles and methods of station domain protection. Make full use of information mining, artificial intelligent technology and multi-discipline collaborative protection and control technology.
