中文摘要: 高速熔化极气体保护焊可以提高焊接效率、降低焊接成本。本课题针对舰船用中厚板的焊接制造,提出研究新型高速三弧MAG焊接方法的动态稳定行为与焊缝成形机理。利用理论分析、数值分析和试验相结合的方法,研究高速三弧MAG焊耦合电弧的物理特性及其对熔滴过渡行为的影响,揭示动态传热与传质的稳定控制因素;研究多弧耦合的焊丝熔化特性,揭示稳定焊接工作点的迁移途径,建立高速三弧MAG焊熔滴过渡动态稳定的弧源匹配原则;研究高速MAG焊的熔池熔体行为,阐明三弧耦合对熔池流动的影响机理;研究三弧耦合提高焊接速度的机制,揭示高速熔凝过程中缺陷的产生机制,建立获得良好焊缝成形的控制方法。本课题的研究成果,为研发焊接速度达到甚至超过2m/min的高速MAG焊接技术具有理论指导意义。

英文摘要: High-speed triple arc MAG welding can improve efficiency and reduce cost. This subject is for welding on ships with medium and heavy plates, a newly high-speed triple arc MAG welding was developed. Based on theoretical analysis, numerical analysis and comparison tests, physical characteristic of the high-speed MAG welding multi-coupling arc and its effect on droplet transfer behavior will be sthdied, to reveal the controlling factors of stability of heat and mass transfer; Wire melting characteristics of multi-coupling arc will be studied,to reveal the migration path of stable welding operating point,then,establish the droplet transfer dynamic stability matching principle of arc and power supply of high-speed triple arc MAG welding;Melt behavior in welding pool of high-speed MAG welding was studied, to clarify the mechanisms of the defect generation in high-speed melting process;The mechanism for improving the welding speed of triple arc coupling welding is studied, to establish a good control method for weld forming.The research subject is theoretically significant for high-speed welding technology, especially for welding speed to achieve even more than 2m/min.
